Objective:To explore different parameter value of the lesions in the cervical lymphNodes by ultrasound2D scanning and3D reconstruction. Methods:Retrospective analysisfrom October2009to May2012collected129outpatients and inpatients cervical lymphnodes, ultrasound two-dimensional scanning and VOCAL three-dimensionalreconstruction techniques deal with enlarged lymph nodes, and pathological findingsconfirmed by follow-up is divided into the benign group (inflammatory reactivehyperplasia) and malignant (lymphoma, metastatic lymph nodes), measuring lymph longdiameter and short diameter ratio (L/S), the medulla area and the total area ratio (Am/At),medulla volume and the total volume ratio (Vm/Vt), while observing the lymph nodecortex echo, cortex thickness, medulla morphology and three-dimensional distribution ofblood flow type. Single factor chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysisstatistical parameters in benign and malignant lymph nodes characteristics andcorrelation. Results:Univariate analysis showed lymph node long L/S,Am/At, Vm/Vt,lymph node cortex Echo, cortex thickness, medulla morphology and the type ofthree-dimensional distribution of blood flow parameters in differentiating benign andmalignant lymph nodes, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the type of three-dimensional bloodflow、Vm/Vt and lymph node cortex thickness differentiating benign from malignantlymph nodes correlation (P<0.05).Conclusions: Three-dimensional blood flow, Vm/Vtratio, cortex thickness can better identify the neck lymph node benign and malignantlesions.
