Objective: Application of PVA and Sodium Alginate gel characteristics andimmunogenicity of Sheep vertebrae scaffold materials based on the novel scaffoldmaterials, and its mechanical properties were analyzed, for rapid3D printing technologyin construction of tissue engineering bone research foundation. To lay foundation for thestudy of construct tissue engineered bone through investigating vivo biocompatibility anddegradation rate of polyvinyl alcohol gel and sodium alginate gel.Methods: Mechanical testing: Under the same standard to test the pure sheep vertebraescaffold control group and the different concentrations PVA and Sodium Alginate hydrogel adhesion each group compressive stress; Animal experiments: Under the samestandard, the control group for the simple sheep vertebrae bracket materials,another group4%concentration of PVA and4%concentration of sodium alginate hydro gel wereimplanted subcutaneously into nude mice, in different times killed animals and carry onhistological observation.Results: Mechanical testing: Mechanical value of the experimental group is proportionalto the concentration of the dispensed. The PVA group mechanical properties are superiorto sodium alginate group. The control group and the experimental group compressivestress were significantly different. Mechanical value of the experimental group is higherthan the control group. Animal experiments:4weeks the inflammatory response of thesurgical field obviously, scaffolds edge of the control group was a burr-like. Experimentalmaterials absorb obvious and it wrapped in Cysts;8weeks The edge of the control groupbe seen burr-like, The osteoclasts not appear in PVA material. Sodium alginate hydro gel were observed in osteoclasts adhesion partly colloidal absorption, edge of theexperimental material was a burr-like.Conclusion: Mechanical testing: The involvement of the two kinds medical adhesive canenhance the scaffold mechanical properties, PVA mechanics performance is better. Animalexperiments: Sheep vertebrae scaffolds and sodium alginate scaffold adhesive materialbegan to absorb short term, The PVA hydro gel scaffold materials short-term not to existabsorption.
