Objective:To detect the level of the inflammatory factors in peripheral serum with cellularimmune in the overlap syndrome patients,to access the relationship of them and influence onthe cardiovascular system and provide reasonable therapeutic strategies for overlap syndromecondition assessment and treatment. Methods:The general situation in all the subjects were detected, including blood glucose、lipid、arterial blood gas and electrocardiogram. The total100patients with OSAHS,COPD,theoverlap patients and the normal people were collected,25cases in each group by Pulmonaryfunction tests and multi-lead sleep monitoring.TNF-α,IL-6,CRP in serum was assayed byELISA and the T-lymphocyte subsets were determined by flow cytometry technology.Results:1. FEV1/FVC in the overlap patients was apparently lower than the patients ofOSAHS and the control group(P<0.01),there is no statistical significance between OS andCOPD(P﹥0.05).FEV1%in OS patients was apparently lower than the patients ofOSAHS,COPD and the control group(P<0.01). The partial pressure of oxygenin in the OSpatients was apparently lower than the patients of OSAHS,COPD and the controlgroup(P<0.01),but the partial pressure of Carbon dioxide was significantly higher(P<0.01).2.AHI in OS and OSAHS was higher than the COPD and the normal group(P<0.05) and nostatistical significance was found in OSAHS and OS. The lowest oxygen saturation during thenight in the OS was apparently lower than the patients of OSAHS and the controlgroup(P<0.01),but compared COPD no statistical significance was found. The average oxygensaturation and Oximeter proportion of less than90%in the OS patients was apparentlylower than the other three groups.3. The levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α in the OS patients was apparently higher than the patients ofOSAHS,COPD and the control group(P<0.01)and them of in OSAHS and COPD groups washigher than the normal group. Pulmonary artery pressure in the OS patients was significantlyhigher than the OSAHS,COPD and the normal group(P<0.01). Pulmonary artery pressure inthe OSAHS and COPD group was higher the normal group(P<0.05).4. The correlation coefficients of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP with PASP in OS patients was0.648,0.530,0.472.5. CD3~+,CD4~+%and CD4~+/CD8~+in the OS group was apparently lower than the patients ofOSAHS,COPD and the control group(P<0.01)and CD8~+%was higher than the other.Conclusion:1.The lung function of OS declined more significantly, there is a morepronounced hypoxemia and hypercapnia.2.OS presenced more obvious pulmonary hypertension.Long-term asevere hypoxemia andhypercapnia is one of the important reasons.3.OS presenced of systemic inflammation,it can influenced pulmonary hypertension.4.OS existed obvious cellular immune dysfunction, which was a certain relationship with thelong-term hypoxia and systemic inflammatory response.
