Objective: To investigate the prevalence of hereditary thrombophilia and the major factorsinfluencing the disease in Kazakh, in Xinjiang area. Whether there is the combined defects ofthe PC defect, PS defect, AT-Ⅲ defect and APC-R in Xinjiang Kazaks hereditarythrombophilia population. Methods: Through cross-sectional survey and select Kazakh in the Ili Kazak AutonomousPrefecture Permanent, and determining AT-Ⅲ, PC, PS activity and the APCR of the healthypopulation. And to analysis the prevalence of hereditary thrombophilia in health adultpopulations. Through questionnaires to ask the general situation (gender, age, history ofhypertension, smoking history, intake of fresh meat, intake of fresh vegetables, the situation ofdrinking water, intake of fresh fruits, intake of salt bacon). Through the height, weight scalesto measure and record the object of study. Though the multivariate Logistic regressionanalysis to analyze the hereditary thrombophilia main factors on the basis of the univariateanalysis. Results: A total of1005peoples were registered. The mean age was41.13±11.50(male:31.0%vs female:69.0%).The prevalence of hereditary thrombophilia in Kazakh in Xinjiang areawas31.0%. The prevalence of deficiency was16.4%,14.9%,20.6%and7.8%in AT-Ⅲ, PC,PS and APCR. Smoking, age, intake of fresh vegetables were the definitely influencingfactors for Kazakh population in Xinjiang. There are patients with the combined defects of thePC defect, PS defect, AT-Ⅲ defect and APC-R in Xinjiang Kazaks hereditary thrombophiliapopulation. The number of the combined defects of the PS defect, AT-Ⅲ defect was118,which is most, and the crowd in some patients carrying two or more combined defects. Conclusion: The prevalence of hereditary thrombophilia in Kazakh population was in arelatively high level. There are patients with the combined defects of the PC defect, PS defect,AT-Ⅲ defect and APC-R in Xinjiang Kazaks hereditary thrombophilia population. Moreattention should be paid to the influencing factors of hereditary thrombophilia andstrengthened the prevention of thrombotic diseases, to reduce the prevalence of thromboticdiseases. The results of this study will have some significance for early screening andintervention thrombotic diseases in Kazakh, but the results still need to be validated in a largesample or other populations.
