| Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of the hemorrhage after radical prostatectomy by superselective internal iliac arterial embolization.Methods:With different sizes of coils and Microsphere particles, three patient with pelvic hemorrhage after radical prostatectomy were treated by superselective internal iliac arterial branch embolization.Results:The bleeding was controlled after embolization in all three cases. No follow-up bleeding recurrences were found in7to17months afterwards.Conclusion:Superselective internal iliac arterial embolization is an effective therapeutic measure for the patients with hemorrhage after radical prostatectomy. |
