A significant difference of occupational cognition and job burnout between nurses’ personalities and the occupational characters was detected (P<0.05).ConclusionThe overall occupational cognition was low and the job burnout level was at middle and high level in registered nurses of Ningbo area. Nurses were at apparently low level of personal achievement. Nurses’general job burnout level in Ningbo area was higher than Jiaxing and Hangzhou area in Zhejiang province.
