| [Objective]:Of all the surgical procedure, safety is the common demand of patients and families, and common goals each hospital surgical department. At the same time, shorter operative time, smaller surgical injury, less bleeding and pursuit of surgery remains the same. Laparoscopic technique has been widely used in gynecological surgery, in order to keep clear of laparoscopic operation, laparosco-pic surgery must make vascular occlusion before cut the tissue and blood vessels, which is in the case of bleeding is not going to happen to tissue, blood vessels, cutting off, in case of laparoscopic bleeding hemostatic lock is difficult and complex work, so looking for a fast, convenient, safe and closed relatively bulky veins method or instru-ment devices is quite important. Force Triad Energy Platform is emerging in recent years of a surgical instrument, have clamps organizations, fast cutting speed, hemos-tatic effect is good wait for an advantage, the domestic many scholars believe that it has good application value in the surgical operation. The article aims to discuss the Force Triad Energy Platform of Ligasure vessel sealing system (hereinafter referred to as Ligasure) application advantage in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.[Methods]:Chosen for this study from April2011to December2012, in Baodi District People’s Hospital gynecological surgery patients with486cases for the study,260cases of uterine hysterectomy,144cases of tubal resection,82cases of Annex re-section. Each technique were randomly divided into two groups, the observation gro-up Ligasure vessel sealing system processing ligaments and blood vessels, and the control group using bipolar coagulation forceps processing ligaments and blood ves-sels. Recent occurrence of postoperative complications, operative time, blood loss, postoperative recovery groups.[Results]:Postoperative exhaust time difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), the postoperative hospitalization days uterine full cut method group difference was statistically significant, Ligasure group is shorter than a bipolar ele-ctric coagulation (P<0.05), salpingectomy and adnexectomy group there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), intraoperative blood loss, operative time difference was statistically significant, the Ligasure group (short) less beam in the bipolar electric coagulation group(P<0.05), recent postoperative complications after surgery was statistically significant (P<0.05)。[Conclusion]:FRP unipolar electric cutting electric coagulation and bipolar electric coagulation, Ligasure vessel sealing system functions into an organic whole, the use of Ligasure is one of the most key part, in the gynecological surgery using Ligasure has more effectively closed vessels, reduce blood loss and shorten the operation time, decrease postoperative complications, etc, is worth promoting. |
