Objective Couples living-relative donor renal transplantation clinical analysis.Methods Selected46cases since2008-2012related kidney transplantations.46caseswere divided into two groups,13cases of them are couples, the other33cases arenon-couples.The basic conditions of two groups are similar.The surgical approach wasabdominal open surgery to cut kidney.Donors are made under the costal margin and theventral midline incision, take the left kidney.Receptor anesthesia big "L" type usingclassic lower abdominal incision, transplant kidney is placed in the iliac fossa,for externaliliac vein renal vein and the receptor line end side，for renal artery and the receptor end toend anastomosis iliac artery in line， Ureteral planting at the top of the bladderwall.Surgery after anti-rejection solution is to use cyclosporin A ortacrolimus,postoperative follow-up.Compare two groups of receptor recovery of renalfunction and acute rejection reaction rates, survival rates and other indicators,Data usingSPSS for processing.Results All cases were operated successfully completed,all transplanted kidney urinary5-10min,all cases survival statistics within the time frame,and no case rejection.A weekafter the recovery of renal function in the recipient operation,couples group of13patients with creatinine98.69±16.43umol/l,non-couples group of33cases creatinine97.23±20.75umol/l,differences in test was0.84.A month after the recovery of renalfunction in the recipient operation,couples group of13patients with creatinine101.38±14.83umol/l,non-couples group of33cases creatinine97.15±20.25umol/l,differences in test was0.55.Six months after the recovery of renalfunction in the recipient operation,couples group of13patients with creatinine 102.15±15.04umol/l, non-couples group of33cases creatinine105.77±13.83umol/l, differences in test was0.53.A year after the recovery of renal function inthe recipient operation,couples group of13patients with creatinine105.23±11.67umol/lnon-couples group of33cases creatinine107.92±9.71umol/l,differences in test was0.53.The same point in time, the two groupsreceptor renal recovery difference was not statistically significant.Comparison showsthat within one year after the two groups of receptors Scr trends showed no significantdifference with the the blood relative donor group.Two sets of graft survival rate withinone year were100%.Conclusion Donor kidney transplants between husbands and wives have a betterefficacy, can be an effective supplement for kidney sources.
