objective:The establishment of infection in animal models of rat’s teeth fracture to understand the bone remodeling process after tooth extraction and residual inflammatory tissue in extraction sockets.Methods:56healthy adult SD rats,6for the preliminary experiments of tooth fracture inflammatory infection model, X-ray and pathology were determined the point in time of eight weeks of infection inflammatory granulation tissue.50rats were established first molar periapical infection model in the left and right side of the mandible. After8weeks, Periapical X-ray selected36apical inflammation significantly rats. according to self-control principle, experimental group on the left after the tooth extraction was scaled, the control group on the right was scraped the infected tissue. After4weeks,8weeks,12weeks, respectively vernier caliper measurement, X-ray imaging examination and histological examination, Evaluated whether there were differences between the left and right in post-extraction alveolar bone reconstruction.Results:After4weeks,8weeks,12weeks, the buccal and lingual alveolar ridge height difference of the two groups obvious differences, the buccal and lingual height difference was greater in the experimental group,fter4weeks and8weeks, the new bone formation in the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion:The buccal alveolar ridge height decreased with Inflammatory tissue in extraction sockets,.Pre-extraction socket repair slowed.
