Objective: Explore the features of patients with extensive anxiety by proton magneticresonance spectroscopy (~1H-MRS). Methods: Collecting people who were dignosed asextensive disorder from April2010to February2012,these19patients were all suppliedby the frist teaching hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. And there are24healthyvolunteers. MRI flat spectrum (PRESS) was in progress,also with the line and pointdistinguish(~1H-MRS scanning).Determination of bilateral hippocampal, frontal lobe,occipital lobe acg, back in the cortex, wedge frontal lobe cortex, the frontal white matter,the occipital lobe white matter area.N-acetyl aspartic acid (NAA), choline compounds(Cho), creatine (Cr), inositol (Mi),Alanine,Glucose and Lip+Lac under the peak area allwere metered, then calculate the NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr,Mi/Cr,NAA/(Cho+Cr) and Cho/NAA value. Results: The ratio of Cho/Cr,Mi/Cr,Cho/NAA is increased in the casegroup of bilateral hippocampal significantly; Cho/Cr and Lac/Cr in the left anteriorcingulate of the case group is higher than the control group; In bilateral frontal cortexLac/Cr elevated compared with the control group; On the right side of the cingulate MI/Cr was higher; On the left side of the wedge cortex NAA/(Cr+Cho), Cho/NAA andLac/Cr higher than the control group;Meanwhile NAA/Cr, Cho/Cr, NAA/(Cr+Cho),Cho/NAA and Glucose elevated compared with the control group on the right side wedgelobe cortex; The left lobe white matter wedge Lac/Cr elevated compared with controlgroup;the right side of the wedge Lip of lobe white matter Lac/Cr and glucose elevatedcompared with the control group;Cases in the qol, comparison, the left frontal lobe whitematter NAA/Cr, NAA/(Cho+Cr) on the right side of a rise, difference have statisticalsignificance(pīš¤0.05).Conclusions:~1H-MRS can detect abnormal brain metabolism while conventional brain MRI flat is negative in patients who are diagnosed as extensiveanxiety;~1H-MRS can provide some evidences for the quantitative diagnosis.
