Objective:To determine the positive expression and clinical significance of the heatshock protein27(HSP27)in common gastrointestinal tumors(esophageal cancer、gastriccancer、colon cancer).Methods:Selected329small endoscopic biopsy specimens or bigpostoperative specimens from three regional triple A hospitals of Xinjiang in2008-2011.Including13cases of esophagitis,20cases of Barrett’s esophagus,12cases ofesophagus cardia adenocarcinoma,56cases of superficial gastritis,68cases of CAG andH-IN,20cases of antrum of stomach adenocarcinoma,40cases of colitis,50cases of colonpolyps,50cases of colon adenocarcinoma.Immunohistochemical SABC method was usedto examine the expression of HSP27in common gastrointestinal tumors.Results:(1)HSP27was detected in30.7%of esophagitis,75%of Barrett’s esophagus,91.7%ofesophagus cardia adenocarcinoma. The rate of the positive expression of HSP27in thesethree groups showed a trend of increasing (P<0.05);(2)HSP27was detected in17.9%ofsuperficial gastritis,47.1%of CAG and H-IN,90%of antrum of stomach adenocarcinoma. The rate of the positive expression of HSP27in these three groups showed a trend ofincreasing (P<0.05);(3)HSP27was detected in5%of colitis,84%of colon polyps,96%ofcolon adenocarcinoma. The rate of the positive expression of HSP27in these three groupsshowed a trend of increasing (P<0.05).(4)Positive expression of HSP27relationship withgender, age, nationality had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Excessiveexpressed of HSP27and esophagus cardia adenocarcinoma、 antrum of stomachadenocarcinoma、colon adenocarcinoma had correlation.Therefore,these3kinds of heatshock proteins will be used to guide the clinical treatment and research tumor vaccinefuture.
