Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of reperfusion for nicorandil on acute myocardialinfarction validity, to provide high-quality basis for the development of rational clinicaltreatment of acute myocardial infarction program. Methods:We searched the CochraneLibrary (Issue3,2012), Pubmed, EMBASE, Highwire, CBM, CNKI etc Chinese andforeign biomedical databases. We collect nicorandil reperfusion in acute myocardialinfarction efficacy randomized controlled trials, and retrieve the deadline to March2012.According the Cochrane Handbook for systematic reviews to evaluate the quality of theresearch literature and extract valid data using RevMan5.1Software Meta-analysis.Results:Eleven trials a total of1027patients were included. Meta analysis results showedthat: acute myocardial infarction patients receiving nicorandil reperfusion treatment, reduce reperfusion no reflow or slow blood flow rate [RR=0.34,95%CI(0.19,0.61)],improve heart left ventricular ejection fraction [MD=5.49,95%CI (4.51,6.47)],lower leftventricular end-diastolic volume [MD=-14.38,95%CI (-17.31,-11.45)],and reduce theincidence of cardiac adverse events [RR=0.34,95%CI (0.25,0.46)], readmissionrate[RR=0.33,95%CI(0.17,0.63)] and mortality [RR=0.40,95%CI(0.16,0.97)].Conclusion: The current evidence shows that acute myocardial infarction patientsreceiving nicorandil reperfusion treatment increased in patients with coronarymicrocirculation, improved patients’ outcomes, also can reduce the incidence of adversecardiacevents, readmission rates and mortality.
