In this research for the purpose of a modern food safety,with the ion chromatography asthe main analytical tools, developed for the detection methods for the sodium bisulfite(commonly known Sulfoxylate),hydrocyanic acid and sodium cyclamate in food, andoptimized to the separation conditions as the ion chromatography column and mobilephase,obtained a satisfactory result. This thesis consists of the following four sections:1.It is summarize than fundamental state of food safety and ion chromatography,Highlighting the advantages of ion chromatography detection for certain special substances(such as ions, organic acids, alcohols, etc.).2.Study on Determination of Rongalit in Food by Ion Chromatography.The conditionsthat the pretreatment of sample, the column selection and eluent formulated were optimized toobtain the best analysis, and the degradation experience in different pH solutions cater to theRongalit the testing requirements in different matrix. the calibration linear was0.1~100mg/L,The spiked recoveries were in the range of97.3%、90.7%、98.3%, the detection limit ofRongalit was0.1mg/L, and the relative standard deviation range from0.3%to3.2%, it isapplicable for determination of Rongalit in food. And investigate the Stability of Rongalit indifferent pH value, and provides a theoretical of the actual detection for Rongalit.3.A new method was developed for the determination of cyanide in food by IC-DCD,with the study on the column selection,optimization of DCD detector and eluent formulatedwere optimized to obtain the best analysis.the calibration CHIVES were linear was0.5mg/L~100mg/L, The spiked recoveries were in the range of96.8%、88.5%、100.7%,thedetection limit of cyanide was0.5mg/L, and the relative standard deviation was1%~4%, As aconclusion, it is applicable for determination of Cyanide in food.4.Study on determination of sodium cyclamate in food by IC. And do a simplecomparison with liquid chromatography detection methods. For pretreatment of sample,selection column and eluent formulated condition were optimized to obtain the best separationcondition. And analysis with short time, less interference, suitable for a large number ofsamples testing. In this study, The detection limit of sodium cyclamate was0.5mg/L, thecalibration linear range was0.5mg/L~100mg/L, its the spiked recoveries were97.3%、97.8%、99.9%, and the relative standard deviation range from1%~4.1%. The detection limit ofHPLC was20mg/L, the calibration linear range was20mg/L~200mg/L, its the spikedrecoveries were87.1%、92.5%、94.9%, and the relative standard deviation range from1.9%~6.5%. according to the comparison can be seen that: The ion chromatography cyclamatemethod has obvious advantages in sensitivity and other conditions. This method is applicable for determination of sodium cyclamate in food.In summary, The IC method of Rongalit, cyanide,sodium cyclamate in food created inthis thesis is simple, can be detected directly, without the cumbersome derivatives forRongalit and sodium cyclamate, high sensitivity, superior to other detection methods, andspiked recovery experiments with satisfactory results.
