Objective Making comparative study of blood samples in liver cirrhosis patients withthe method of Hemoglobin release test (HRT). Methods Screening thirty-eight clinicalsamples that had been tested prothrombin. One abnormal sample was picked out.Re-examine the results of its Biochemical tests, multi-indexes pointed to liver functionwere abnormal. The patient was diagnosed as liver cirrhosis accompany with ascitic fluid.Based on these information, take out one sample that the liver function tests were normal. The two samples were compared in the experiments of isotonic-hypotonic full distancetest and bidirection diagonal electrophoresis. Results The result of sample with livercirrhosis is quite different from that of normal control in the experiments ofisotonic-hypotonic full distance test and bidirection diagonal electrophoresis. ConclusionThe HRT result of blood sample from liver cirrhosis patient is obviously abnormal. Objective Comparative study on alcoholic cirrhosis and hepatitis b cirrhosis from angleof hemoglobin electrophoresis release. Methods Blood specimen of liver cirrhosispatients is come from the department of infectious diseases of the first affiliated hospitalof Baotou medical college,including3cases of hepatitis b cirrhosis and2cases ofalcoholic cirrhosis. Comparative study on these two kinds of cirrhosis from angle ofhemoglobin electrophoresis release. Results There is obvious differences between theresults of blood samples from two kind of cirrhosis patients. Conclusion For these twokinds of cirrhosis, not only obviously different each other in clinical and biochemicalindicators, but also in hemoglobin release test. Objective to study the release of hemoglobin when abnormal liver function but did notreach the cirrhosis. Methods Taking two blood specimen from physical inspectionsection of the first affiliated hospital of baotou medical college. One case with normalresult, another case is abnormal liver function but did not reach the cirrhosis. ResultsThe back re-release results of patient with abnormal liver function are clearly differentfrom that of normal one, the results of forward re-release are basically thesame. Conclusion Although not reached degree of cirrhosis, abnormal liver functionalso can cause abnormal hemoglobin release test.
