Objective Investigate whether chronic tonsillitis presence of abnormalurinary albumin content, concurrent early kidney damage; analysis of urinaryalbumin as a diagnostic indicator of early kidney damage judgment chronictonsillitis and reliable; tonsillectomy can reduce urinary albumincontent, become one of effective methods to prevent the chronic tonsillitisconcurrent early kidney damage. Methods Select March2012to February2013, Qinghai University AffiliatedHospital the chronic tonsillitis84patients, male33cases, female51cases,aged7to55years old. Divided into three groups based on the course of thedisease, Group A: duration of12months or more; Group B: duration of36monthsor more; Group C; course of60months or more; immune laboratory were obtainedfrom12normal control group,7males,5females patients, aged7to55yearsold. Rate scattering the nephelometry surgery before and after urinary albumincontent. The collected data were statistically analyzed.Results1. Group A preoperative urinary micro albumin levels compared with thecontrol group, urinary albumin content, p>0.05, not statistically significant. The content of the rest of the group preoperative urinary albumin twenty-twomultiple comparisons are P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant.2. Urinary albumin as a diagnostic indicator of early kidney damagejudgment chronic tonsillitis the value of some clinical guidance, and graduallyincreased with the progression of the sensitivity.3. Patients with chronic tonsillitis urinary albumin content in anon-normal distribution in patients with chronic tonsillitis course of thedisease and urinary albumin content rank correlation rs=0.659, P <0.001,description of the course of disease in patients with chronic tonsillitis andurinary albumin contentcorrelation. Conclusion1. Duration of60months or more chronic tonsillitis patients withurinary albumin excretion outside the normal range, may be complicated by earlykidney damage.2. Urinary albumin as a diagnostic indicator of early kidney damage judgmentchronic tonsillitis some clinical guidance value, and gradually increased withthe progression of the sensitivity.3. Patients with chronic tonsillitis tonsillectomy postoperativeurinary albumin content decreased significantly, tonsillectomy has asignificant effect on the prevention and treatment of early kidney damage.
