Clinical Study Of Calcitriol Combined With Xianlinggubao In Treatment Of Women With Osteoporosis

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Calcitriol combined with Xianlinggubao inthe treatment of women with osteoporosis by determination in alendronate, bonedensitycontrast, the feeling of pain, alkaline phosphatase indicators and provide clinical reference.Methods90female patients with primary osteoporosis in Xushui county of Hebei provincewere randomly divided into2groups, each group consisted of45people respectively, thepatients in group A were treated with Calcitriol Soft Capsules+Xianlinggubao capsule, thepatients in group B were treated with alendronate sodium. After treating for6months, thebone mineral density, alkaline phosphatase enzymes, and the feelings of pain were examinedand analyzed. Results The results indicated that the bone density, the feeling of pain,alkaline phosphatase indexes were significantly improved in all the patients who werereceived the treatment for6months(P<0.05). There was no significant differences betweenthe2groups (P>0.05), some individual patients had adverse drug reactions, the degrees werenot serious, the side effects could disappeared soon after stopping taking the medicines. Butthe patients received combined treatment had better patient compliance. Conclusion Thereare significant effects of Calcitriol Soft Capsules combined with Xianlinggubao capsule in thetreatment of women patients with osteoporosis.
