Objective-Analyze the patients records and surgical treatment information of aortic dissection, combining domestic and foreign literatures, to investigate various surgical treatments of aortic dissection, analyze and summary advantages and disadvantages between hybrid operation (Type Ⅱ) and others different treatments.Methods-Look up the relevant domestic and foreign literatures, and at the same time, the treatments in41patients with aortic dissection were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into group A and B, according to operation method. The clinical data in two groups will be compared and analyzed.Results-No patient died during the operation. In group A, the incidence of temporary neurological dysfunction was10%(2/20); pulmonary complication was25%(5/20); early mortality rate was5%(1/20), died of multiple organ failure. In group B, the incidence of temporary neurological dysfunction was4.76%(1/21); pulmonary complication was9.52%(2/21); other complications were not observed, and with shorter days of hospitalization than Group A.Conclusion-Currently, relative to other treatments of aortic dissection, in hybrid operation (Type Ⅱ), the operation time ist shorter, trauma ist small, complication and mortality rate were lower. Although there are still some limitations, but compared with other surgical treatments, hybrid operation (Type Ⅱ) is more safe, effective surgical treatment for aortic dissection.
