Objectives: To comparative analysis the efficacy of traditional open surgery andendovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) in the treatment of infrarenal abdominal aorticaneurysm. Methods: By retrospective study, we collecting the clinical data with surgicaltreatment of our department43cases of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm patientsfrom2009through2012. Which line endovascular therapy in patients25cases, andwith traditional open surgery,18patients. Comparative analysis of two groups ofpatients something about Preoperative situation, intraoperative conditions andpostoperative complications. Results: When there was no significant differences observed in sex, age, correlated other diseases, aneurysm diameters between the two groups (P>0.05).Inthe operative time, intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion, the difference wasstatistically significant (t=8.377,5.124,5.043, P<0.001); Postoperative complicationswithin30days, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Complicationswithin6months of follow-up after surgery, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Endovascular aortic repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm minimallyInvasive, shorter operative time, less intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion, and short-term postoperative complication rate lower than the traditional open surgery,Open surgery is lower than endovascular repair in the long-term complications. |
