【Objective】 Through the observation of visual quality index, anterior segmentparameters, intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial cell density over time pre-andpost-operation changes, analyse and evaluate preliminary clinical effect of ICLimplantation treatment of high myopia.【Methods】According to the proposed inclusion criteria,90eyes(48patients)with highmyopia who accept ICL implantation treatment were selected. The mean follow-upwas6months. Anterior segment parameters such as ACD、ICA(3′clock)、K-value andQ-value were measured by pentacam, we also collected UCVA、SE、LCVA、IOP、ECD at pre-and postoperative the different follow-up time point. Using SPSS19.0statistical software, describe the indexes distribution at different time point. Wecompare changes of UCVA by nonparametric test between preoperative andpostoperative,others by matching T test.【Result】ALL of90eyes were implanted with ICL successfully. The indexes arenormal distribution except preoperative UCVA. preoperative UCVA usesnonparametric test; others use the matching T test. During the follow-up of all thepatients, Postoperative UCVA reaches preoperative BCVA,52.2%of the patientsexceed preoperative BCVA one line or above;diopter maintain in-1.0D~+1.0D;LCVA improves compared with preoperation when correct refractive errors, Q-value slightly rises to positive Differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).About coneal aberration, CTA and CLOA have no significant difference betweenpreoperative and postoperative(P>0.05);but CHOA increases statistically significant(P<0.05)ACD and ICA(3′clock) are lower than before;K-value slightlyreduces,Differences are all statistically significant(P<0.05).CCT and IOP have nosignificant difference(P>0.05).ECD′lessen has significant difference(P<0.05).Forthe indexes with statistically significant difference,they achieve stable state inpostoperative1-month but CS that the postoperative3-month.91.7%of patients aresatisfied with the operation,and no serious complications occurred in all after theoperation.【Conclusion】Posterior chamber intraocular lens (ICL) implantation in Phakic eyecorrectting high myopia shows good effectiveness, safety, stability and predictability,make preliminary satisfactory clinical effect early postoperatively.
