In this paper, studied on the technology research macroporous resin separation technology in thepreparation of active ingredients of natural products, studied the oligomeric peptides of discarded fishbones and skin and Rosavin of Rhodiola separation technology, the main research follow as:1Studies on preparative separation of polypeptides from discarded fishskin and fish bonesUse abandoned fish bones, skin as raw materials, carried out the fish bones, skin collagen extractiontechnology research. Screening and optimization of process conditions by establishing a suitable route forindustrial production technology and technical parameters. Under preferred conditions for the extractionprocess, the extraction was16.76%, protein content of86.15%. On this basis, further research from fishbones, skin collagen peptides prepared enzymatic processes. To yield a polypeptide and protein content ofevaluation were using single factor experiment and response surface experimental design optimization ofprocess parameters. In the preferred process conditions, from fish bones, skin collagen peptides preparedyield of14.08%, protein content of96.27%.2Studies on isolation and purification of oligopeptide from discarded fishskin and fish bonesMacroporous resin separation technology through static adsorption/desorption, dynamic adsorption/desorption experiments to study factors that affect in preparation oligopeptide skin separation, optimizationand screening prepared from fish bones, skin collagen oligopeptide process conditions. In the preferredprocess conditions, from fish bones, skin preparation oligopeptide isolated yield was7.04%, protein contentof96.27%.3Studies on isolation and purification of rosavin from aqueous extract ofrhodiolaThe Rhodiola rosea extract as the research object, using macroporous resin adsorption technology, through static adsorption/desorption, dynamic adsorption/desorption experiments, optimization andscreening separation conditions of rosavin from Rhodiola rosea extract. Under these conditions, rosavincontent was increased from2.2%to18.18%.
