Objective: To provide objective rules for TCM syndrome differentiation of this disease by observation of liver-Qi attacking the stomach duodenal ulcer and non liver-Qi attacking the stomach of the individual psychological characteristic,and the relationships between the neuroendocrine correlation.Methods: Population screening Performed duodenal ulcer,will meet the inclusion criteria asthe experimental groupof60patients,in strict accordance with the standards of dialecticalsyndromes type; experimental group was divided into hyperactive liver-Qi attacking thestomach hyperactive liver-Qi attacking the stomach groups and non-normal control group30cases of patients and their families healthy. The Psychological tests that Eysenck PersonalityQuestionnaire Scale (EPQ) and the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI)were used to testthe observing object,determine the levels of serum gastrin (GAS)and cortisol (COR) byradioimmunoassay. Observed change regulation of serum gastrin (GAS)and Plasma cortisol(COR); All measurement data are showed by mean±standard deviation; Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ)were analysised by special statistical software of EPQ,come out all the Patients’ E, N, P, L coarse points, using SPSS17.0software forcomparison between groups, respectively, using χ2test and analysis of variance based onthe data; rest of the data using SPSS17.0software comparison between groups, respectively,according to the data applications χ2test and analysis of variance.Results: Hyperactive liver-Qi attacking the stomach syndrome Patients with duodenal ulcerdisease of the E and N were significantly higher than those of non-ulcer hyperactive liver-Qiattacking the stomach syndrome Patients and the control group(P<0.05); in terms of mentalstates, ten hyperactive liver-Qi attacking the stomach syndrome Patients with duodenal ulcerdisease is anxiety, anxiety habits of significantly higher (P<0.01). Serum cortisol(COR)radioimmunoassay, gastrin(GAS), duodenal ulcer disease showed hyperactiveliver-Qi attacking the stomach syndrome COR, GAS levels were significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperactive liver-Qi attacking the stomach duodenal ulcer disease within thesyndrome, emotional instability, their P ersonality traits; in terms of mental states,suggesting that different syndromes of ulcer Patients have different characteristics in thediseased state of mind, hyperactive liver-Qi attacking the stomach anxiety syndrome Patientswas significantly higher anxiety scores habits. Fan Wei syndrome Patients with duodenal ulcer disease exists neuroendocrine liver and gastrointestinal hormone disorders, GAS maybe involved in the Pathophysiology of duodenal ulcer: their Plasma levels can be used as anauxiliary duodenal ulcer syndrome type the objective indicators. |
