Study On Distribution Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome Types And Syndrome Factors In Polycystic Ovary Syndrom

Objective:By collecting the date of clinical TCM four diagnostic in patients withpolycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS), analyzing the characteristics of TCM symptoms’distribution with PCOS, and based on clustering analysis, to explore the main distributionsituation of TCM syndrome type, and correlation with distribution of TCM syndrome, age,age of menarche, acne, and hairy, provide a reference for Chinese medicine to treat thedisease,in order to improve the maneuverability and the accuracy of clincal diagnosis andtreatment.Method: Use the outpatient service of department of gynaecology, in hospital of gansuprovince, and Gansu College of traditional Chinese medicine, in patients with polycysticovary syndrom of diagnostic criteria as the research object, design the study cases inpatients with PCOS, through collecting the date of clinical TCM four diagnostic in patientswith PCOS,by using Excel software and SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis,Frequency of date analysis,clustering analysis, it is concluded that the main TCM syndrometype, and the age,menarche age,acne,hairy,and statstical analysising distribution of TCMsyndrome, syndrome types and Syndrome fators between age, age of menarche, acne, andhairy, to explore distribution Characteristics of TCM syndrome types and syndrome fatorsin PCOSResults:1.This study collected82cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrom, byclustering analysis, kidney deficiency and blood stasis,27cases(32.92%),, kidney yangdeficiency,19cases(23.17%), the Spleen kidney both deficincy and phlegm dampness,16cases (19.51%), kidney liver depression12cases(14.63%), four main syndrome type.2. Age more concentrated between18to35years old, given priority to with kidney andblood stasis syndrom(23cases,31.08%),more than35years old,given priority to with kidneyliver depression, and menarche age distribution between different syndrom and age has nostatistical significance (P>0.05).3.A total of53patients with PCOS have acne, the spleen kidney both deficincy andphlegm dampness syndrom suffer from acne (16cases,30.18%), the spleen kidney both deficincy and phlegm dampness syndrome and acne, the rank and inspection was statisticallysignificant(P <0.05).4.With a total of50cases of patients with PCOS have hairy, and the distribution isspleen kidney both deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome with hairy (16cases,32.00%),the spleen kidney both deficincy and phlegm dampness syndrome and hairy, the rank andinspection was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.This study collected82cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrom, byclustering analysis, it is concluded that four main syndrome type, that is:kidney and bloodstasis syndrome, the kidney yang deficiency, the Spleen kidney both deficincy andphlegm dampness, kidney liver depression.2.Ill age is given priority to women of childbearing age,18to35years old, in kidneydeficiency and blood stasis is the main evidence type,infection is given priority to withvirtual factors, involving the liver and spleen kidney three viscera, the main pathogenesis iskidney and blood stasis.3.The the Spleen kidney both deficincy and phlegm dampness syndrome suffer fromcane and the extent of the serious.
