Objective: with conventional coronary angiography as the goldstandard for diagnosis, to explore the sensitivity and specificity ofdual-source computed tomography(DSCT) in the diagnosis of coronaryartery disease and to confirm DSCT feasibility in screening coronary arterydisease(CAD).Methods: Fifty patients with a high pre-test probability of CADunderwent DSCT coronary angiography and conventional coronaryangiography (CAG).CAG,as the golden standard for diagnosis, was usedto evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive and negativepredictive value of DSCT in the diagnosis of CAD.Results: Among500coronary segments,103were diagnosed ascoronary stenosis(1uminal stenosis≥50%)by CAG,while106,as coronarystenosis by DSCT.The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value andnegative predictive value of DSCT were94.17%、97.73%、91.50%、98.47%.By chi-square test, P=0.609,there was no statistical difference in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis (1uminal stenosis≥50%) betweenDSCT and CAG(P>0.05).Conclusion: DSCT,with good sensitivity, specificity, and negativepredictive value, can be applied to screen CAD in more people as anoninvasive screening methods.
