Objective To assess wether CPAP treatmnet reduces blood pressurein patients with OSAHS.Methods We use computer to search such databases as Pubmed,EMbase,Web of science, Cochrace,CNKI, and WANFANG.We identifiedrandomized controlled trials of CPAP vs Placebo in patients with OSAHSspecifically reporting blood pressure.Results Among the10studies involving1182participants wereincluded.The results of Meta-analysis showed that:CPAP treatmentsignificantly depressed the blood pressure in patients with OSAHS.
