Objective: Sleep apnea monitoring and blocking positioning device(Apnea Graph,AG) in obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS), judging by the upper airway pressure measurement technique of upper airway blockage, direct clinical treatment plan, use of surgical forms of treatment. Evaluation of subjective and objective test results and treatment.Method: With clinical symptoms and signs of polysomnography all night and by clinical examination and diagnosis of 89 patients with OSAHS,routine examination, quality of life index SAQLI total score,Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS) score, electronic snore score,sober period nasopharyngeal endoscopy and soft knit upper airway CT examination. On simultaneous determination of airway pressure,upper airway obstruction according to sites blocking group after palatal and lingual region blocking groups,respectively,with corresponding surgical treatment. 6-12 Months postoperative follow-up on the review of the PSG and AG、BMI、SAQLI、 ESS, assessed the effect of operation based on the result.Results: After surgery AHI(38.67±10.48)/h drop(10.22±7.38)/h, LSa O2 rising from 0.73 ± 0.08 to 0.92 ± 0.06,SAQLI rising from 3.39±0.89 to 3.81±0.32,ESS decreased from 8.84±5.66 to 5.22±3.84,snore score decreased from7.36±2.95 to 3.86±2.36. This shows the values were improved to some extent; and improvements in upper airway ventilation plays a certain role, the relevant measurements were statistically significant(P<0.01).Of the 89 cases,the total effective rate reached 75.28 %.The operation success rate of 59 cases of retropalatal area obstruction was 77. 72%,and the 30 cases of retroglossal area nhetrnctinn obstruction was 71.44 %.Conclusion: Measure through the upper airway pressure,can be used to determine airway blockage during sleep。And Upper airway pressure measurement with a portable PSG’s features, combined with related morphologic examination can accurate localization of obstructive site in patients with OSAHS and treatment programme provided valuable information and improve surgical outcomes, and improve the quality of life of patients with OSAHS, has an important significance to efficacy prediction. |
