ObjectiveTo discuss the tendency of quality of life during the period ofchemotherapy and the factors affecting the survival,to understand therequirement of patients, to provide theoretical basis for intervention and itwill be efficient in nursing.Methods174breast cancer patients who were going to receive TAC weresurveyed by the means of using Anderson scale, HADs and FACT-B.Result(1)The scores of anxiety and depression were the worst beforechemotherapy, then it was the best scores after the second chemotherapy.(2)Before chemotherapy,the factors which affected anxiety anddepression were sadness and sleepy, and after the third chemotherapy theywere pain, fatigue, distress, forgetfulness, sadness, drowsiness, sadness,and numbness.(3)The scores of quality of life was the worst before chemotherapy, but the the best scores were after the second chemotherapy.(4)Before chemotherapy the factors which affected the scores ofquality of life were depression, pain, poor appetite. The factors wereforgetfulness, shortness of breath, anxiety, forgetfulness, numbness, pain,anxiety, depression, sleep uneasy after the first, forth and fifthchemotherapy.(5)The most poor physiological status was after the forthchemotherapy and then was the first. The scores of social and family statusgradually declined during the course.Emotional state was the worst beforechemotherapy and after the first chemotherapy.The tendency of functionalstatus gradually ascended.Conclusions(1)The status of anxiety,depression and the quality of life changed asthe chemotherapy went on. Different factors influenced the scores ofanxiety,depression and quality of life in each chemotherapy.(2)The ststus of anxiety,depression and the quality of life was notgood before chemotherapy and after the third and forth chemotherapy.Themedical staff should pay more attention and support to the patients and takeinterventions to release their symptoms and improve the quality of life.
