Clinical Observation Of Aidi Injection In Improving The Mood And Quality Of Life Of Breast Cancer Patients

Purpose:1.To observe whether Aidi injection can improve depression and anxiety in patients with breast cancer.2.To observe whether Aidi injection can improve the quality of life in patients with breast cancer.Material and method: From March 2016 to August 2016,fifty patients with breast cancer were enrolled from Department of Oncology Medical in Liaoning Cancer Hospital.Patients were randomized into two groups: 26 cases in control group with standard therapy,and 24 cases in pilot group with standard therapy combined with 2 cycles injection Aidi(10m L / branch,100 m L,qd,7 days per cycle).Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Quality of Life Inventory(QLQ-C30)were completed at the baseline examination(T1)and after 2 cycles(T2).The scores were assessed and adverse reactions of Aidi injection were observed at the same time.Results:1.Patients in two groups have a good balance in gender,age,physical condition score and clinical stage.(both P>0.05)2.The Objective Response Rates(ORR)were similar between the two groups,there were no statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.Compared with SAS score at baseline examination(T1)in the pilot group,SAS score was superior to that at T2 after 2 cycles,there were statistically significant differences(P <0.05);Compared with SAS score at baseline examination(T1)in the control group,SAS score was not superior to that at T2 after 2 cycles,there were no statistically significant differences(P >0.05);Compared with SAS score after 2 cycles(T2)in the pilot group and the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P <0.05);4.Compared with SDS score at baseline examination(T1)in the pilot group,SDS score was superior to that at T2 after 2 cycles,there were statistically significant differences(P <0.05);Compared with SDS score at baseline examination(T1)in the control group,SDS score was not superior to that at T2 after 2 cycles,there were no statistically significant differences(P >0.05);Compared with SDS score after 2 cycles(T2)in the pilot group and the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P <0.05);5.Compared with QLQ-C30 score at baseline examination(T1)in the pilot group,the scores of fatigue symptoms and overall health status were superior to that at T2 after 2 cycles,there were statistically significant differences(P <0.05);The other test results were not statistically significant(P> 0.05);Compared with QLQ-C30 score at baseline examination(T1)in the control group,the scores of fatigue symptoms and diarrhea symptom were superior to that at T2 after 2 cycles,there were statistically significant differences(P <0.05);The other test results were not statistically significant(P> 0.05);The other test results were not statistically significant(P> 0.05);Conclusion:1.Aidi injection can improve the depression in patients with breast cancer.2.Aidi injection can improve the anxiety in patients with breast cancer.3 Aidi injection can improve the quality of life in patients with breast cancer.
