| Objective: To evaluate the influence of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS) on endometrial receptivity in patients with frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET),and research the prelimina mechanism.Method: A total of90patients preparation of frozen-thawed embryo transplantationwere randomly divided into the observation group with45people and the control groupwith45people. Evaluate the endometrial receptivity related factors of two groups ofpatients in the intransplant period, all patients were B ultrasonic monitoring ovulation,ovulation days monitoring endometrial type, the observation group received Han’sAcupoint Nerve Stimulator treatment during two to three days after ovulation before andafter embryo transfer.24hours before embryo transfer, choose Xuehai, Zigong,Diji,Guilai, with the frequency of2Hz, current of15~20mA,time of30minutes;30-120minutes after embryo transfer,choose Zhongwan, Shenshu, Taixi, Guanyuan,Zusanli,after embryo transfer, with the frequency of2Hz, current of8~15mA,time of30minutes.The control group received no treatment after ovulation, both groups take someendometrial and draw blood during6to8days after ovulation, compared endometrialpinopodes, the levels of integrin alpha1beta1, alpha4beta1, alpha ν beta3level,leukemia inhibitory factor, heparin combining epidermal growth factor, estrogen andprogesterone. In the embryo transfer cycle, the observation group still received HANSacupuncture point electrical stimulation treatment before and after embryo transfer, duringtwo and three day after ovulation. Then observation the embryonic planting rate, biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups.Results:1.There was no difference between the observation group and the controlgroup in Pinopodes growing in rich (p>0.05),but the number was higher than that of thecontrol group;pinopodes growing moderate(p<0.05) and poorer number (p<0.05) weresignificantly difference between the two groups.2. The level of progesterone in theplanting window period was higher in the observation group than in the control group(p<0.05).3. Integrin alpha1beta1and alpha ν beta3levels were significantly higher inthe observation group than in the control group (p<0.05), and the levels of leukemiainhibitory factor in the observation group were significantly different compared with thecontrol group (p<0.05).4. In the observation group, embryonic planting rate,biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate were significantly higher than thatof the control group (p<0.05).5. There was a positive correlation between pregnantoutcome and the growth situation of pinopodes on the surface of the endometrial epithelialcells (p<0.05).6. There was a positive correlation between the level of progesterone andthe growth situation of pinopodes on the surface of the endometrial epithelial cells(p<0.05).Conclusion: Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation can induce Pinopodesopen,improve endometrial receptivity correlation factor integrin (alpha1beta1, alpha4beta1alpha v beta3), leukemia inhibitory factor and heparin combining epidermal growthfactor levels in endometrial planting window period, and may rise the level of progesteronein short time, so as to improve the endometrial receptivity, and then enhance the embryonicplanting rate and clinical pregnancy rate in patients with frozen-thawed embryo transfer. |
