Objective:To observe the improvement of depression levels and nervous fuction.Toanalyse the clinical effect of acupuncture method inducing resuscitation combined withpricking blood therapy in improving the depression levels and nervous fuction ofpost-stroke depression patients,and search for best therapeutic method of post-strokedepression,and provide reliable proof for clinical treatment.Method:The study select80post-stroke depression patients and randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup,with40patients each.The treatment group were treated by acupuncture methodinducing resuscitation combined with pricking blood therapy and control group by oraladminstation of western medicine.Record the main syndromes and signs,depression levelsand nervous fuction,change of before and after the treatment.And further evaluate differenteffects of the2therapies.Result:After one period of treatment of acupuncture methodinducing resuscitation combined with pricking blood therapy.The main syndromes andsigns,depression levels and nervous fuction have obvious difference(P<0.05)before andafter treatment,and there are obvious diference between the two groups.Conclusions:Acupuncture method inducing resuscitation combined with pricking blood therapy havesignificant clinical efficacy on improving the depression levels and nervous fuction ofpost-stroke depression patients.
