Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Acupuncture Method Of "TiaoShen-KaiQiao " In Patients With Aphasia Post-stroke Depression

PurposeTo observe the clinical efficacy and clinical value of acupuncture method of "Tiao Shen Kai Qiao" in the intervention of patients with aphasia post-stroke depression,so as to provide certain reference for the prevention,evaluation,diagnosis and treatment of depression in patients with clinical aphasia stroke.MethodsThis study adopted the design method of random,single blind and sham acupuncture control.60 patients with aphasia after stroke depression were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Two groups are received routine drug treatment for stroke and basic disease.On the basis,the experimental group was treated with "Tiao Shen Kai Qiao" acupuncture,and the control group was treated with sham acupuncture,two groups of a course of 4 weeks(6 times per week).Before and after treatment,patients were given Stroke Aphasic Depression Questionnaire-Hospital(SADQ-H),Western Aphasia Battery(WAB),and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores.Statistical analysis and evaluation were performed on each evaluation index after treatment.Results1.Baseline dataOne case was lost after treatment in the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,course of post-stroke depression,severity of depression,the scores of SADQ-H?WAB?MBI(P > 0.05).2.Clinical efficacyThe total effective rate of the experimental group was 66.67% higher than that of the control group 31.03%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.SADQ-H score comparisonComparison within the group: after treatment,SADQ-H score in the experimental group and control group decreased compared with that before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).Comparison between groups: after treatment,the SADQ-H score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of WAB scoreComparison within the group: after treatment,both the test group and the control group increased the scores of WAB before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P <0.01,P < 0.05).Comparison between groups: the WAB score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Assessment of daily living ability and quality of lifeComparison within the group: MBI score in the two groups increased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01?P<0.05).Comparison between groups: the MBI score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion1.Acupuncture method of "Tiao Shen Kai Qiao" can effectively improve the depressive state of patients with aphasia post-stroke depression;2."Tiao Shen Kai Qiao" acupuncture method can effectively improve language function and daily life ability in patients with aphasia after stroke depression.
