Acupoint Injection With Self-bleed Therapy On Migraine Rats Plasma5-,β-endorphin Serotonin And Substance P Effect

Objective To observe the Yanglingquan acupoint injection effect on plasma ofmigraine model rats5-serotonin, β-endorphin, substance P content, and to explore itsmechanism of action.Methods32male rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group,acupuncture group, autologous blood injection group. According to each design model, andmake the appropriate treatment, the determination of the content of5-in plasma serotonin,β-endorphin and substance P from using the method of enzyme.Results compared with the normal control group, model group5-serotonin, β-endorphin content decreased significantly, P increased (P<0.01); compared with the modelgroup,5-serotonin, β-acupuncture treatment group and autologous blood injection group,the endorphin is obviously improved, substance P decreased (P<0.01); since bloodinjection group and acupuncture treatment group compared with the5-serotonin increased(P<0.01), β-endorphin, substance P had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Yanglingquan acupoint injection has the function to regulate a variety ofneuropeptides in plasma of migraine model rats.
