Objective: Studies of acute ischemic stroke syndromes distribution and integration with NIHSS, risk factors, CISS score correlation.Method: Within72hours of onset of acute ischemic stroke patients for the study, investigation of patients with syndromes typing, neurological deficit score (NIHSS points), risk factors, Western etiology typing (CISS), improve patient after admission biochemical tests, imaging studies and other patients to further clarify the risk factors and pathogenesis. Finally using SPSS17.0software to analyze the data collected. Results: Patients with acute ischemic stroke syndromes has significant distribution, syndrome combinations complex and diverse, the highest frequency of the threesyndromes were phlegm, blood stasis, wind syndrome. Most combinations of two syndromes, which occur most frequently in the form of the syndrome mix+phlegmstasis. Patients with acute ischemic stroke symptom scores correlated with NIHSSpoints (P=0.001), the combination of syndromes, in addition to documents and two card combinations, other syndromes combination between NIHSS scores were differentially sex (P <0.05). Acute phase of ischemic stroke syndromes, the most common risk factors of hypertension, followed by hyperlipidemia. Patients with acute ischemic stroke syndromes parting with CISS relevance: large artery atherosclerosis subtypes correlated with phlegm (P=0.001); cardioembolic stroke subtypes and blood stasis and qi deficiency with correlation (P values were0.005,0.004); perforating artery disease subtypes and wind proof, fiery certificate, certificate hyperactivity correlated (P values were0.022,0.031,0.001); uncertain etiology subtypes with phlegm and blood stasis correlated (P values were0.001,0.001).Conclusion: In patients with acute ischemic stroke most frequently occurring three syndromes were phlegm, blood stasis, wind syndrome. Most combinations of two syndromes, the most frequent combination in the form of the syndrome+phlegmstasis. Acute ischemic stroke symptom score correlated with NIHSS score of eachdistribution of risk factors syndromes with corresponding characteristics of acute ischemic stroke syndromes with CISS typing subtypes relevant.
