Objective: I aimed to explore the associations of CISS subtypes between ischemic stroke of Young and middle-aged.Methods: This is a retrospective analysis I collect the clinical data of ischemic stroke patients between Middle-aged and young people epidemiology information aging 18-59 years old from the date January of 2011 to November of 2015,including laboratory results and the Magnetic Resonance Image or Computer Tomography. All patients were followed up by telephone, and the patients were divided by CISS standard to further analyze the risk factors and clinical characteristics in each subtype. Results: The clinical characteristics of this research are as follows: CISS subtype: large artery atherosclerosis type(LAA = 39 40.6%),cardiogenic stroke(CS = 9 9.4%),perforator artery type(PAD=42 43.7%),other etiology(OE = 4 4.2%),undetermined etiology(UE = 2 2.1%);the association of atrial fibrillation, bilirubin?age between CISS subtypes are statistically significant(P < 0.05).There are no significant differences between mortality cases or recurrence cases of ischemic stroke and CISS subtype(P > 0.05).Conclusions: There are no significant differences between cerebral infarction and CISS subtypes with hypertension, diabetes, smoking and C reactive protein, uric acid pathogenesis, bilirubin, atrial fibrillation, age are not associated with CISS subtype. However, prognosis of different CISS types shows positive results.
