Objective: through the retrospectively investigation, statistics, analysis, summarizethe risk factors of pneumonia after stroke. To find the correlation between zhengxing ofstroke and risk factors of concurrent pneumonia. To provide an objective theoretical basisfor the clinical prevention of pneumonia with combination of Chinese traditional andWestern medicine. Methods: by studying the relevant literature on the past, combinedwith clinical experience, may influence the risk of stroke complicated with pneumoniainduced factors, clinical data of self-made questionnaire in patients with stroke. Collectedin2010September to2012April in Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese MedicalHospital ward, emergency internal medicine, Department of encephalopathy in ICU wardmet the inclusion criteria of stroke patients with clinical data, a total of256cases. Inputdata into EpiData software, use the SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis.Results:1.256stroke patients were included, a total of85cases of complicated by strokeassociated pneumonia, the total infection rate was33.2%;2.the single factor analysis,65years of age or older, hemorrhagic stroke, disorder of consciousness, pons stroke (within24hours after admission GCS score≤9points), dysphagia, history of smoking, heartfailure, lung disease history, diabetes history, history of lying in bed, hypoproteinemia, elevated fasting glucose, nasal feeding therapy, dehydrating agent in treatment of gastricmucosal protective agent, treatment and other factors, differences between the two groupswas statistically significant (all P<0.05) analysis of multiple factors;3.disturbance ofconsciousness (within24hours after admission GCS score≤9points), may be swallowingdysfunction, vomiting, smoking and history of stroke and other factors as independent riskfactors of stroke associated pneumonia.4.The distribution laws of the stroke syndrome, patients with stroke and stroke associated pneumonia for: The feng tan huo kang zheng in 28cases (10.9%) of2cases of pneumonia (7.1%);The feng huo shang rao zheng in14cases (5.5%),2cases complicated with pneumonia (14.3%); The tan re fu shi zheng in88cases (34.4%),35cases complicated with pneumonia (39.8%); The feng tan yu zhu zhengin12cases (4.7%),2cases (16.7%) complicated with pneumonia; The tan shi meng shenzheng in48cases (18.8%),30cases complicated with pneumonia (62.5%); The qi xu xueyu zheng in49cases (19.1%),12cases complicated with pneumonia (24.5%);17casesYinxu Fengdong syndrome (6.6%),2cases complicated with pneumonia (11.8%).5.TCMsyndrome type the most easily complicated by pneumonia for tan shi meng shen zheng, thecard type and65years of age or older, hemorrhagic stroke, disorder of consciousness, ponsstroke (within24hours after admission GCS score≤9), dysphagia, heart function notentire history, history of diabetes, history, bed fasting plasma glucose increased, nasalfeeding therapy, dehydrating agent treatment, gastric mucosal protective agent treatmentsignificantly related risk factors. Conclusion:1.disturbance of consciousness (within24hours of admission GCS score≤9), dysphagia, vomiting symptoms, smoking history andhistory of stroke and other factors may be as an independent risk factor for strokeassociated pneumonia;2.stroke patients sputum wet God syndrome in patients with themost easily complicated by stroke associated pneumonia;3.stroke patients the phlegm wetGod syndrome and65years of age or older, bleeding disorders awareness of stroke, stroke, bridge (within24hours after admission GCS score≤9), dysphagia, heart function notentire history, history of diabetes, history of lying in bed, elevated fasting glucose, nasalfeeding therapy, dehydrating agent treatment, the protection of gastric mucosa agent for thetreatment of risk factors significantly related.
