Clinical Curative Effect On Chronic Urticaira With Chai Hu Xiao Zhen Yin And The Influence On IL-2, IL-4

Objective: to observe clinical efficacy and impact on IL-2and IL-4of chronicurticaria patients treated by Chai Hu Xiao Zhen Yin.To explore the possible therapymechanism of Chai Hu Xiao Zhen Yin.Method:60cases were divided into two groups atrandom with the ratio of1:1,one group with Chai Hu Xiao Zhen Yin,The other group withQu Feng Zhi Yang Kou Fu Ye, During4weeks’ treatment, the number and most diameterof wheal, the frequency and duration of wheal,the degree of itching and untoward effectwere observed.Respectively on comparing with two groups of clinical curative effect oftreatment for2weeks,4weeks later,and We analysed changes of IL-2and IL-4of10patients in the first group before and after the treatment.Results: After4weeks,totalefective rate of the first group is96.67%,total efective rate of the second group is70.00%,Treating chronic urticaria with Chai Hu Xiao Zhen Yin is superior to treating with QuFeng Zhi Yang Kou Fu Ye(P＜0.05).After Treating by Chai Hu Xiao Zhen Yin, IL-2levelincreased,IL-4levels decreased after treatment, IL-2, IL-4level compared with normalsubjects showed no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion:the clinical efficacy intreating chronic urticaria with Chai Hu Xiao Zhen Yin is distinct,Regulatory role of serumIL-2,IL-4level,Restraining I allergic reaction,regulating immunity,antiinflammatoryaction,Antibiotic effect,diuretic effect,relieving itching,Sedative effect and lightening themood may be the mechanisms.
