Effects Of Acupuncture On Acute Cerebral Infarction Plasma BDNF And NGF Levels Of Nerve Function And The Rehabilitation Of Clinical Research

Objective:Through this research observe whether acupuncture treatment of acute cerebral infarction can increase plasma BDNF and NGF levels,thereby promoting neurological fimction in patients with acute cerebral infarction rehabilitation for the acute phase of cerebral infarction treated with acupuncture and provide a theoretical basis.Materials and Methods:Choice of 50 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients,divided into group A(acupuncture+conventional therapy) and group B(conventional therapy).25 cases(male14 female11 mean age 67.76±8.97 Y)were served as group A(treatment group). 25 cases(male16 female 9 mean 66.6±12.05 Y) were served as group B(control group). Group B to conventional therapy,the group A on the basis of the control group treated with acupuncture,for a two week course Treatment group and control group respectively in the treatment of pre-treatment and post-treatment observation measurement indicators,and neurologic impairment score,vein blood samples were collected in the morning for testing before and after the treatment,both BDNF and NGF were test by ELISA.Statistical analysis was performed on SPSS 13.0 system software.Results:(1) Neurologic impairment after treatment Integral Group A decrease of 12(5)points,a decrease of Group B 6.00±1.98 points,a very significant difference between the two groups(P=0.000＜0.01),the treatment group improved neurologic impairment in the area was significantly better than the control group.(2) BDNF after treatment,group A was 4.96±2.25ng/ml,group B 3.82±1.28ng/mL,after treatment between the two groups,the difference was significant(P=0.034＜0.05),and BDNT levels increased in group A than in group B.(3) NGF after treatment,group A was 144.54±19.13pg/ml,Group B 126.46±16.70pg/ml.after treatment between the two groups,the difference was significant (P=0.001＜0.01),and increased levels of group A is better than NGF Group B.(4) Neurological defect extent of rehabilitation and higher levels of BDNF significant positive correlation(r=0.309,P=0.029＜0.05),there are significant statistical significance with the higher levels of NGF significant positive correlation(r=0.584,P=0.000＜0.01),a significant statistical significance.Conclusion:(1) Treatment of acute cerebral infarction in patients treated with acupuncture can promote plasma BDNT,raising the level of NGF.(2) Treatment of acute cerebral infarction,acupuncture therapy can significantly improve patients with neurological deficits.(3) Patients with acute cerebral infarction the rehabilitation of neurologic impairment level and increase in the plasma BDNF and NGF content correlated significantly.NGF and BDNT is the promotion of limb function in patients with acute cerebral infarction rehabilitation role.(4) In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,conventional treatment with acupuncture therapy,contribute to the endogenous BDNF and NGF expression,thereby promoting the rehabilitation of patients with neurological function,the treatment of acute Acupuncture is one of the mechanisms of the brain stem,once again Acupuncture treatment of acute cerebral infarction proved positive effect,and suggested that the incidence of cerebral infarction in the early intervention started acupuncture treatment to reduce the morbidity rate in patients with significance.
