Study On The Relationship Between Constitution And TCM Syndrome Type Of Eczema

Objective: To observe the relationship between constitution and TCM Syndrome typeof eczema, to study if the syndrome of eczema patients depend on the TCM Constitution ineczema patients.Methods:We ask225eczema patients of their syndrome and let them fill in theChinese constitution classification table.We analyze what they fill in and judge theirconstitution type.At last,we obtain some information about correlation in constitution andsyndrome of eczema patients by SPSS17.0statistical software.Results: Spleen deficiency syndrome and damp-heat syndrome patients accounted forthe majority of the syndromes number in225eczema patients, about41.8%,35.5%.Followed by the and blood deficiency syndrome22.7%. All of TCMconstitution, The highest proportion is Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency and yin deficiency.The rest constitution:stagnation of Qi, phlegm-wetness, damp-heat, Peaceful quality,special intrinsic quality, blood stasis take up a small part.225eczema patients’sconstitution related to their symptoms type.Conclusion:①Eczema patients syndrome is mainly spleen deficiency syndrome, anddamp-heat syndrome, followed by blood deficiency syndrome.②Qi deficiency, Yangdeficiency, yin deficiency are the main body type.③Peaceful quality, Phlegm dampness,Damp-heat quality is concerned with damp-heat syndrome significantly; Yang deficiency,Qi stagnation, blood stasis quality are related to spleen deficiency syndrome closely;Yindeficiency quality is concerned with blood deficiency closely;Qi deficiency quality isconcerned with damp-heat syndrome and spleen deficiency syndrome;Special intrinsicquality is related to the three constitution.
