Study On The Relationship Between Constitution And TCM Syndrome Type Of Eczema

Objective:To observe the relationship between constitution and TCM Syndrome type of eczema,to study if the syndrome of eczema patients depend on the TCM Constitution in eczema patients.Methods:We ask 213 eczema patients of their syndrome and let them fill in the Chinese constitution classification table.We analyze what they fill in and judge their constitution type.At last,we obtain some information about correlation in constitution and syndrome of eczema patients by statistical software.Results:Spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome and damp-heat syndrome patients accounted for the majority of the syndrome number in 213 eczema patients,about 49.3%andl8.8%,the blood deficiency is about 31.9%.,and it also has the longest history of the disease.In all patients,the proportion of Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency is 42.25%,34.74%and 29.58%respectively.Spleen deficiency,damp-heat syndrome and blood deficiency are very common in Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and Phlegm syndrome,and it is more common to see the spleen deficiency dampness syndrome.On beside of this,it is more common to see the spleen deficiency in Yin deficiency.Phlegm-dampness deficiency and Damp-heat deficiency after the onset showed all of the three TCM Syndrome type,and the spleen deficiency is more common in Phlegm-dampness deficiency.It is more common to see blood deficiency in Blood stasis,and the damp-heat syndrome is more common in Qi stagnation.It is more common to see the spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome in Gentleness deficiency.Conclusion:Eczema patients syndrome is mainly spleen deficiency syndrome,and damp-heat syndrome,followed by blood deficiency syndrome.Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency are the main body type.
