The Clinical Curative Effct Of Observation On Treatment Of Bronchiolitis With Jiaweidingchuan Decoction

Objective:By observing the curative efficacy of Jiaweidingchuan decoction ontreating the disease of phlegm-heat obstracting lungs of bronchio1itis,Trying to find a newway of the combination treatment of traditional chinese and western medicine forbronchio1itis.Methods:According to the rule of randomization,60cases which had beenactually reasearched were divided into two groups,the observation group(30cases)andcontrol group930cases).Both groups were given normal regulations of treatment, at thesame time,the observation group were treated with Jiaweidingchuan decoction and the controlgroup were treated with Feirekechuan oral liquid.Results:Clinical studies show that thetotal efficiency of the observation group is96.7%,and the total efficiency of the controlgroup is93.3%.It indicated the total efficiency of the observation group was better than ofthe control group(P<0.05). Being compared with the control group,The observation groupin improving main symptoms,signs such as fever,cough,three-depression-sign,asthma,pulmonary rales were superior to the control group (P<0.05).The extinction time of mainsymptoms and signs of two groups also has significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jiaweidingchuan decoction was effective on treating the disease ofphlegm-heat obstracting lungs of bronchio1itis.It had the advantage of reducing theapplication of the antibiotics,not only improving the symptoms of bronchiolitis but alsostrengthening the patient’s immune system.So this method can reduce the length of time inthe hospitaland deserve clinical popularizing widely.
