Type liver and kidney deficiency, blood stasisRheumatoid Arthritis treatment, therapeutic principle and provides clinical thought andmethod.Method：Use random, positive drug parallel controlled trial design,60patientsincluded in the standard of RA patients were divided into experimental group (30cases)and control group (30cases), Patients with Shenbi Decoction jkfrom the joint treatment,control group adopts the Leflunomid treatment.Observation period for3months. Observeand record the treatment of0,4,8,12weeks in patients with joint tenderness count, jointswelling, morning stiffness time, Chinese medicine symptom score, VAS, HAQ, DAS28-3points and other clinical indicators; Observe and record0,12weeks, hemoglobin, bloodsedimentation, c-reactive protein and laboratory indexes such as immunoglobulin G;Monitoring of blood routine, liver function, renal function, record all kinds of adversereactions. Using the American rheumatism association of ACR20,50,70and TCMsymptoms curative effect judgment standard as a curative effect evaluation standard.Result：Disease curative effect evaluation: experimental group reached ACR70standard (3cases), reached the ACR50standard14cases, reached the ACR20standard11cases, total effective rate93.33%;0cases, control group reached ACR70standard, reachedACR50standards5cases, reached the ACR20standard13cases, total effective rate was60%. Through statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant in bothgroups., test group is superior to the control group (p <0.05). Syndrome curative effect comparison: experimental group and30cases of clinical control4cases,15cases weremarkedly effective,9cases of effective and ineffective in2cases, total effective rate93.33%, control rate of63.33%; Control group30cases clinical control0cases,7caseshad marked effect,14cases,9no effect, the total effective rate70.00%, control rate of23.33%. After statistics analysis, two groups total effective rate and control rate differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05), the experimental group were better than the controlgroup. TCM symptoms: pain in the joints, adverse joint flexion and extension, jointtenderness, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05); Pain at night isaggravating, lumbar debility, with significant difference (P <0.01). Drugs that test group issuperior to that in control group, in improving the symptom of especially in the area ofpain at night is aggravating and lumbar debility, curative effect is prominent. The HAQ,VAS, laboratory indicators, alternative indicators and safety level, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05),the experimental group were better than the controlgroup.Conclusion：Shenbi Decoction from the joint treatment of RA liver and kidneydeficiency, phlegm and blood stasis, in disease curative effect, symptom curative effect,main symptoms and signs, laboratory indicators and safety level, than to Leflunomide. RAhave the characteristics of the pathogenesis of liver and kidney deficiency, blood stasis,benefit kidney and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis is the effectivetreatment.
