Clinical Research Of Tuina Combined With Needle Sticking And Pulling Therapy To Treat Lumbar Muscle Strain

Objective: To contrast the clinical curative effect of tuina combined with needlesticking and pulling therapy and the simple application of tuina therapy in the treatment oflumbar muscle strain, and the mechanism of tuina combined with needle sticking andpulling therapy in treatment of lumbar muscle strain were discussed.Methods:60cases of chronic lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group,30cases in each group.Treatment group was treated bytuina combined with needle sticking and pulling therapy, the control group with simpletuina therapy. Two groups were treated once a day, for5times a week, continuoustreatment for2weeks. Observe clinical symptoms, signs and signs of TCM of the twogroups before treatment, after treatment and1month after the end of treatment. Thencompare the curative effect of the two groups through statistical analysis.Results: the treatment group and the control group could significantly improve theclinical symptoms, signs, signs of TCM and the symptom integral sum of lumbar musclestrain patients (P <0.05), but the treatment group is better than control group (P <0.05);The total effective rate of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05),but the two groups were significant difference in significant efficiency (P <0.05), thecurative effect of the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion: Compared with simple tuina therapy, tuina combined with needlesticking and pulling therapy has better curative effect in treatment of lumbar muscle strain,and the long-term effect is good.It is a green therapy worthy to be popularized.
