| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of silver needle thermal conduction therapy combined with photon therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain(cold-dampness type).Method:Sixty patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain of cold-dampness type who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with photon therapy instrument,1 course of treatment for 2 weeks,6 times / week,a total of 12 times;the treatment group was treated with silver needle thermal conduction therapy combined with photon therapeutic apparatus,2 weeks as a course of treatment,conduction control therapy 1 times / week,a total of 2 times of treatment,photon therapeutic apparatus 6 times / week,a total of 12 times of treatment.Before treatment,at the end of the 2nd week of treatment and at the end of the 4th week of treatment,the VAS,ODI and clinical sign scores of the patients were observed at three time points to evaluate the clinical efficacy of silver needle thermal conduction therapy combined with photon therapeutic apparatus.Results:1.Case completion:A total of 60 patients were included in this study,and 60 patientswere actually completed.The patient’s compliance was good,and there were no rejection and shedding cases.2.Efficacy evaluation(1)There was no significant difference in VAS score,ODI score and clinical sign score between the two groups before treatment(p > 0.05).(2)At the end of 2 weeks,the VAS score,ODI score and clinical sign score of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(p < 0.05),This indicates that both groups were improved in lumbar pain and function after 2 weeks of treatment.Compared with the control group,the improvement of VAS score,ODI score and clinical sign score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(3)At the end of 4 weeks,the VAS score,ODI score and clinical sign score of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment and at the end of 2 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that both treatment methods could continuously reduce lumbar pain and improve lumbar function.Compared with the control group,the improvement of VAS score,ODI score and clinical sign score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).(4)At the end of the 4th week,the total effective rate was 93.3 % in the treatment group and 83.3 % in the control group.After testing,P = 0.024 <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It shows that the two groups of treatment methods are effective in treating cold-dampness CLMS,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The silver needle thermal conduction therapy combined with photon therapy instrument can effectively reduce the pain of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain(cold-dampness type),improve lumbar function and improve the quality of life.2.The silver needle thermal conduction therapy combined with photon therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain(cold-dampness type)has a significant effect,safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
