Observation Of Influence On The Vertebrobasilar Artery Hemodynamics By Electroacupuncturing Yinao Formula On The Cervical Vertigo Patients

Objective: This study is to observe the influence to the vertebral-basilar arteryhemodynamics according to TCD by electroacupuncturing Baihui FengFu(YiNaoFormula)in patients with cervical vertigo,by contrast with acupuncturing Baihui andFengFu points and to provide objective evidence for optimization of clinical acupointsselection for cervical vertigo.Methods: The clinical study of46cases selected were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group which were observed before and after acupuncture byTCD,as shown the changes of BA, bilateral VA, PICA blood flow velocity in the twogroups and the data were statistically analyzed (test)to observe the differences between twogroups.Results: Clinical studies have shown,for BA high velocity type of the observationgroup,there is significant difference before and after the treatment within the groups(P＜0.05).For VA high velocity and PICA low velocity type of the observation group,there ishighly significant difference before and after the treatment within the groups(P＜0.01).Conclusion: Electroacupuncturing YiNao Formula has a significant improvement inpatients with cervical vertigo vertebral-basilar artery hemodynamics.there is no significantdifference between the electroacupuncturing Baihui FengFu(YiNao Formula)andacupuncturing Baihui FengFu points by improving in patients with cervical vertigovertebral-basilar artery hemodynamics.
