| Objective:To observe the changes of heart rate variability and serum biochemical indexes(norepinephrine)in young people in sub-health state after acupuncture,and to explore the effect of penetrating houding acupoint and Baihui acupoint on autonomic nervous function in young people in sub-health state.to provide a basis for the clinical application of Ding acupoint Toubaihui after acupuncture.Methods:A total of 30 sub-healthy young people were included in this experiment,all from the Graduate School of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The laboratory is in a closed environment,and the temperature and humidity are relatively stable.The subjects were told to draw blood after lying on their back for 10 min,rest 10 min again,and record it with dynamic electrocardiogram recorder.The subjects were needled at Baihui acupoint at the top of the back acupoint,and the depth of flat needling was 0.8 inch.The parameters were recorded by dynamic electrocardiograph before acupuncture(10min before acupuncture),during acupuncture(5min after acupuncture),during needle retention(from 5min to 10min),during acupuncture(from10min to 15min)and after 10 min,and blood was drawn again.The values were input into SPSS26.0 statistical software for analysis,and the paired t-test analysis method was used to analyze the data in accordance with the normal distribution,but the non-parametric test analysis method was not satisfied,so that the parameter values of different periods of each index were compared with those before acupuncture,P < 0.05.There were significant differences,P < 0.01.The differences were statistically significant.Results:1.Effect of Houding to Baihui acupoint on heart rate after acupuncture(1)The value of Min BPM decreased during acupuncture and retention of needle compared with that before acupuncture,P < 0.01.the parameter values during and after acupuncture were slightly fluctuated compared with those before acupuncture,but P > 0.05,there was no statistical significance.(2)The values of Max BPM at acupuncture,needle retention,needle execution and after needle delivery were all lower than those before acupuncture,P > 0.05.There was no statistical significance.(3)Mean BPM values decreased at the time of acupuncture,at the time of acupuncture and after acupuncture compared with those before acupuncture,P<0.01,statistically significant,although the values decreased slightly at the time of needle retention compared with those before acupuncture,P>0.05,not statistically significant compared with that before acupuncture,but there was no statistical significance.2.Effect of Houding to Baihui acupoint on time domain index after acupuncture(1)The values of SDNN were higher in all time periods compared with those before acupuncture,and the values were statistically processed P>0.05,so there was no significance.(2)The values of RMSSD at the time of acupuncture,at the time of needle retention,at the time of traveling,and after exiting the needle were higher than those before acupuncture,p<0.05 which was statistically significant.(3)PNN50 values increased at the time of acupuncture,at the time of needle retention,and after the line of acupuncture compared with the values before acupuncture,and the statistical treatment P>0.05 was not significant,and the values decreased slightly after exiting the needle compared with the values before acupuncture,and P>0.05 was not statistically significant.3.Effect of ouding to Baihui acupoint on frequency domain index after acupuncture(1)The value of VLF decreased at the time of acupuncture and after the needle was released compared with that before acupuncture,and the statistical treatment P<0.05 was significant,although the value tended to increase at the time of acupuncture and when the needle was left in place compared with that before acupuncture,but the statistical treatment P>0.05 was not significant(2)HF% values were higher at the time of acupuncture and after needle discharge compared with before acupuncture,and the statistical treatment P<0.05 was significant,and the values at the time of acupuncture and needle retention tended to decrease compared with before acupuncture,but the statistical treatment P>0.05 was not significant.(3)LF% decreased at the time of acupuncture,at the time of needle retention,at the time of needle execution,and after needle discharge compared with before acupuncture,p<0.05 which was statistically significant.(4)HF values were higher at the time of acupuncture,at the time of needle retention,at the time of needle execution,and after needle discharge compared to before acupuncture,and the statistical treatment P<0.05 was significant.(5)LF values at the time of acupuncture,at the time of needle retention,after the needle out compared with before the acupuncture were reduced,statistical treatment P<0.01 is significant,the value at the time of the line of acupuncture compared with before the acupuncture,although the value decreased,but statistical treatment P>0.05 is not significant.(6)LF/HF values were lower at the time of needling,at the time of needle retention,at the time of needle execution,and after needle discharge compared to needle strength,and the statistical treatment P<0.05 was significant.4.Effect of acupuncture at Houding to Baihui acupoint on serum NESerum biochemical indexes norepinephrine value after acupuncture and acupuncture strong significantly reduced,statistical treatment P<0.01 is significant.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at the Houding through Baihui acupoint can adjust the balance of autonomic nerve in young people in sub-health state.2.Acupuncture at the Houding through Baihui acupoint can reduce the sympathetic activity in young people in sub-health.3.Acupuncture at the Houding through Baihui acupoint can improve the vagus nerve activity in young people in sub-health.4.Acupuncture at Houding through Baihui acupoint can reduce the level of norepinephrine in serum of young people in sub-health state. |
