Objecction:To investigate the expression of Programmed Cell Death5(PDCD5) in non-smallcell lung cancer(NSCLC) and the relationship for chemotherapy drugs, to explore therole in NSCLC occurrence、development and treatment.Methods:1.Randomly pick from July2011to December the first affiliated hospital ofNanchang University thoracic surgery and pathology confirmed for56cases ofNSCLC in patients with carcinoma and adjacent normal lung tissue,the expression ofPDCD5proteins and mRNA were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and Real-timefluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(Real-time PCR) methods inNSCLC and adjacent normal lung tissue.2.A total of30NSCLC patiens at stages III or IV from October2011to march2012the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang University.Specimen was collected byflexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy or B scan or CT-gudide percutaneous transthoracicpulmonary biopsy,the expression of PDCD5proteins were evaluated byimmunohistochemistry, according to the results,patients were divided into PDCD5positive and PDCD5negative group, giving the platinum drugs with otherchemotherapy drugs for chemotherapy,the treatment cycle was21d and the courseincluded4cycle.Results:1.Immunohistochemical results showed that adjacent normal lung tissue PDCD5positive expression rate significantly higher than NSCLC tissue (χ2=16.406,P=0.000).With smoking, tumor differentiation, tumor TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, thedifferences were statistically significant, and smoking, differentiation degree of decline,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis in elevation, its expression was decreased, atthe same time, the intensity of staining was also weaken. Real-time PCR resultsshowed that PDCD5mRNA relative expression in NSCLC tissue was0.397±0.266, 0.807±0.126adjacent tissue, the differences were statistically significant (t=10.795,P=0.000).2.Immunohistochemical results PDCD5positive expression rate16.67%(5/30),the platinum chemotherapy group28%(7/25), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P=0.047).Conclusion:PDCD5may play an inhibitory effect in NSCLC occurrence and development. isexpected to become the tumor chemotherapy drugs new sensitization agent.
