ObjectiveThis study points out nurse’ job burnout, Starting from the nursing workenvironment, through the questionnaire survey to investigate the relationshipbetween nursing working environment scale and nurses’ burnout in differentgrade hospitals, clear level, secondary and tertiary hospital nurse job burnoutinfluence to the largest dimension, analysis of different characteristics of thenursing work environment perception, Influence of occupation burnout, andin-depth analysis of the reasons, puts forward suggestions for managers toimprove the nurses working environment, to reduce job burnout, the purpose ofstable care team. Therefore, this research value for existing nursing humanresources and create a positive work environment has a realistic significance.Methods450nurses in three different grades hospitals of TaiAn attend ourinvestigation by stratified randomized cluster sample method. Usingquestionnaire method to research. Nursing Working Environment Scale wasdistributed to achieve the present situation of working environment, MaslachBurnout Inventory (MBI) was measured job burnout. Data was analyzed bySPSS13.0.The statistical methods used were: descriptive statistics, correlationanalysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, t-test and multiple linear regression.Results1. TaiAn area different grade hospital nurses working environment scaleaverage is divided into227points, will average with100points out of318points) meter,71.38points, in the medium level.2. Independent, work load, occupation development, the three dimensions in class hospital, secondary hospitals, tertiary hospital cumulative contributionrate of82.309%,77.673%and76.401%respectively.3. Class hospital different age, the employment situation nurses workingenvironment, the total score and part dimension scores have significantdifference (P <0.05), secondary hospital different age nurses workingenvironment score has significant difference (P <0.05), tertiary hospitals ofdifferent departments, and age nurses working environment score has significantdifference (P <0.05).4. Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimension in class hospital, secondary hospitals, tertiary hospital cumulative contribution rate were93.756%,89.067%,86.842%.5. Personnel situation, departments, and age on different grade hospitalnurse job burnout degree of influence have significant difference (P <0.05).6. The nurse work environment and the nurse job burnout is a significantnegative correlation (P <0.01), namely: the work of environmental evaluation islower, the higher the degree of job burnout.7. To investigate the nursing working environment on the impact of jobburnout, and the results show that the nursing working environment and thenurse job burnout of the regression equation was statistically significant (P <0.05), the regression equation which work load dimensions into all thehospitals, the regression equation of the regression coefficients are statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), and independent, leadership and management, rights andsecurity, occupation development, system maintenance, companion cohesiondimensions into different grade hospital respectively, the regression equation ofthe regression coefficients are statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions1. The overall evaluation of nursing working environment in the generallevel, the evaluation grade influence nurses to work environment.2. The nurse work environment played a great contribution in thedimension of independent, work load, occupation development, and is notaffected by the level of hospitals; Other factors, such as: companion cohesion, leadership and management, system maintenance and transformation, hardwareresources, rights and security, business, different grade hospital nurses perception is different. 3. Different characteristics of nurses working environment assessment:class hospital nurse to working environment by the perception of employmentsituation, secondary hospital nurses to working environment perception by theinfluence of age, tertiary hospital nurse to working environment perception bydepartments, and the influence of age.4. Different grade hospital nurse job burnout degree different: personnelcondition affected only secondary hospital nurses emotional failure and personalachievement; Departments, and age on different grade hospital nurse jobburnout three dimensions have the significant influence.5. The nurse work environment and job burnout is a significant negativecorrelation, namely: The lower the evaluation of nurses to the work environment, the higher the degree of job burnout.6. Work load to nurse job burnout prediction effect from the influence ofthe rank of the hospital.7. The nursing working environment of job burnout can be used to predictthe dimension of the rank of the hospital because of the different and havedifferences, different grade hospital prediction dimensions were:Level1hospital: independent, work load, leadership and management;Secondary hospital: rights and security, career development, systemmaintenance and transformation, independent, work load,Tertiary hospital: work load, system maintenance and transformation, careerdevelopment and companion cohesion.
