| Objective:This research, on myocardial energy metabolism as the starting point, scientific research and design principles and methods of modern medical research adopted, through the observation of myocardial energy Shenqi Yangxin Granule on chronic heart failure patients consume [MEE (unit:calVmin)=left ventricular end systolic circumferential wall stress (cESS, unit KdyneVcm2)×left ventricular ejection time (LVET, unit s)×left ventricular stroke volume (LVSV, unit ml)*heart rate×4.2×10-4], effect of Shenqi Yangxin Granule on myocardial energy metabolism and the possible mechanism, and the clinical safety, efficacy, indications, contraindications such problems are comprehensive, standardized, objective study and evaluation. This treatment by perfecting the system, determine its clinical curative effect, make it become a new drug for the treatment of chronic heart failure, to promote the society.Methods:The object of study from2012to2012in our hospital during May December in chronic heart failure patients hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology in Xuzhou central hospital screening,64cases of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure were divided into Shenqi Yangxin granular test group32cases, control group32cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the test group were treated with Shenqi Yangxin Granule on the basis of conventional Western medicine. To observe the changes of symptoms, signs, heart function and TCM syndrome score, heart color index, MEE, liver and kidney function and blood routine before and after treatment in the two groups, and for the record, the adverse reaction was observed at any time.Results:The test group total effectiveness100%, the comparison group total effectiveness87.50%, there are significant differences between two groups. In the aspect of improving the clinical symptoms of patients, test group than the control group (P<0.05), to improve the effect of changes of myocardial energy metabolism and cardiac ultrasound indicators is also better than the control group (＜0.05).Conelusion:Ginseng and Astragalus Yangxin granule has good curative effect on the treatment of chronic heart failure due to deficiency of Qi and blood stasis, can obviously improve the myocardial energy metabolism, which can significantly improve the indicators of echocardiography. Clinical can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients, and clinical and no adverse reaction, safe, reliable. |
