Purpose：Observation of Shencaotongmai Granules diazepam chronicheart failure (Heart Failure) clinical efficacy and safety to explorethe role of Shencaotongmai particle mechanism for the clinicaltreatment and provide a reliable theoretical basis.Material and method：160cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis inpatients with chronic heart failure (heart failure) were randomlydivided into two groups, control group (80cases) were treated withroutine treatment group (80cases) in the control group was addedbased on the Shencaotongmai particles, a course of3weeks. Beforeand after treatment in patients with heart failure, cardiac function,TCM, Minnesota quality of life,6minute walk distance,the rate ofdrugs’ stoping and reducing.Results：1. Shencaotongmai particles can improve the Qi and Blood StasisChronic heart failure (heart failure) in patients with chroniccongestive heart failure, and the control group there weresignificant differences (P＜0.05).2. Shencaotongmai particles do nothing unhealthy to the patients with Qi and Blood Stasis with chronic heart failure (heart failure),compared with the control group there were differences (P＞0.05).3. Shencaotongmai particles can improve main syndromes withTCM,,such as palpitation,chest pain and edema of lower limbs,weak,ofthe patients with the Qi and Blood Stasis with chronic heart failure(heart failure), compared with the control group there weredifferences (P＜0.05).4. Shencaotongmai particles can improve the Qi and Blood Stasis withchronic heart failure (heart failure) patients quality of life,compared with the control group there were differences (P＜0.05).5. Shencaotongmai particles can improve the Qi and Blood Stasis withchronic heart failure (heart failure) patients walking distance,compared with the control group there was significant difference (P＜0.05).6. Shencaotongmai particles can improve the Qi and Blood Stasis withchronic heart failure (heart failure) in patients with, compared withthe rate of drugs’ stoping and reducing， control group there weresignificant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Shencaotongmai Granules diazepam chronic heart failure(heart failure) patients is effective, better than conventional western medicine treatment, and safe, reliable, non-toxic sideeffects.
