With the development of the social economy, people’s production and lifechanged dramatically, due to the change in diet, reduced physical activity, makingchronic non-communicable diseases showed rapid growth trend. Therefore,prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases have become the most significantpublic health problems of the21st century.ObjectiveThis study uses the data of large-scale automobile enterprise during2011inChangchun City, Analysis of the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseasesin the enterprise,and to provide scientific evidence for developing effective healthintervention.MethodsThis study collected the results of medical examination from First Auto WorksHospital medical center in2010-2011, subjects were workers from one automobilemanufacture, blood pressure, blood chemistry, type B ultrasonic and BMI wereexamined. EPIDATA3.01database were established by double input mathod, χ2testwere carried out by SPSS13.0software to analyse the occurrence rate ofabnormalities and their interactive correlation.ResultsOf the2447cases,1909were male, taking78.0%of the total numbers.538werefemale, taking5.4%of the total number.874were between the age of30-39, taking35.7%of the total numbers,1096were between the age of40-49, taking the largestpart,44.8%of the total numbers,344were above the age of50, taking14.1%of thetotal numbers. In the year of2011, comparing the indicators of different age groupwith each other, it can be seen that: there were significant difference in overweightoccorrence rate, hyper-glycemia, hyper ALT, electrocardiogram abnormalities, andgallbladder ultrasound abnormalities among each age group. There were significant difference in overweight and obesity relevance rate, hyper ALT, fatty liver,hyperuricemia and hypertension between the two genders. Suggestions andcountermeasures: Continue to enhance the health promoting work from affiliatedhospital to its corresponding enterprise, strenghthen the inner health propaganda ofthe enterprise, plan and execute health promoting polacy, improve the cateringconditions of the enterprise.ConclusionAfter detailed analysis of the results from the medical examination, conclusionscould be made as below: In the year of2011, the company underwent a medicalexamination of workers2447people, including1909males, female538people, withthe number of workers40to49age group the most, accounting for44.8%; higherdetection rate of physical abnormalities were overweight, systolic blood pressure toohigh, too low-density lipoprotein, high triglycerides, high cholesterol; difference inthe detection rate of abnormal medical workers of all ages statistically significantindicators, including: overweight, high fasting glucose, high uric acid, highcholesterol, high triglycerides, etc.; male workers a higher detection rate of abnormalphysical indicators include being overweight, high systolic blood pressure, hightriglycerides, etc.; female workers in the higher detection rate of physicalabnormalities are overweight, high cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, such asdifferences in physical abnormality detection rate index was statistically significant,and in men than in women.
