With the continuous improvement of people’s living level, people demand for health increased gradually, particularly for the 3A hospital patients increased significantly. Faced with a large number of hospital patients, medical staff also behaved high intensity of work. The main reason is related with the more professional demand than other professions, so health care workers than the average person’s psychological and working pressure. So in the last few years, the study on the physical and mental health of medical staffs have increased largely. Almost all of the health care workers are not entitled to the statutory holidays, the lack of rest are apt to induce mental fatigue, and even worse, report on medical workers died of fatigue happens sometime. The mental health problem of medical personnel has been neglected for a long time, and the medical personnel who have mental illness or the existence of psychological barriers appear to increase year by year. Based on the fact that our health need medical personnel to maintain, we need them, but the current state is they waste their whole energy to protect our health while ignoring their own health. A lot of research on the health of the special population have be published, but less is known about the health of medical personnel. We can now start from the prevention point of view, to prevent the relevant risk factors to health, and to prevent the occurrence and development of chronic diseases, so as to help health care workers to reduce the incidence of chronic diseases, so that their own health is in good condition, and ultimately as the best condition serve for patients. Objective: The study inrolled 3A hospital health care workers and try to learn their health status and influencing factors, aimed to understand the doctors and staffhealth level for the further development of health management of the medical staff, providing a scientific basis to improve the level of health. Methods: Staff in 3A hospital of Qiqihar City were enrolled in our study, and the Department was stratified for the method of stratified sampling. Through the questionnaire survey and physical examination report, information related to health is collected. The information of the questionnaire included general demographic characteristics, job related information(working age, Department, job characteristics, job satisfaction, job stress, daily working hours, etc.), life behavior characteristics(including smoking, drinking, sleep, exercise, etc.).Result: 1. Among 258 subjects, male accounted for 35.7%; female accounted for 64.3% By 2014 medical report drawn before, the top five diseases detected for male were hypertension(31.52%), dyslipidemia(28.26%), overweight / obesity(26.07%), fatty liver(15.21%), diabetes(10.87%). For female, they are cervicitis(26.51%), cystic hyperplasia(25.3%), hypertension(10.24%), dyslipidemia(7.83%), overweight(6.62%). 2. There were significant difference of hypertension, fatty liver, diabetes and dyslipidemia among men between different age groups(P <0.05). Among different age groups, breast hyperplasia, hypertension, dyslipidemia have be found statistically significant in women(P <0.05). 3. Medical workers demographic characteristics and health-related behavior and relationship between the prevalence of hypertension in univariate analysis showed there existed significant difference between age, sex, education level, job, smoking, drinking, annual medical examinations, daily meals on time, emotional state, mental state, and sleep-related factors are medical workers suffering from high blood pressure(P <0.05). The univariate analysis of P <0.20 of factors into the logistic regression model for multivariate analysis showed that: smoking medical workers was 22.29 times riskier than whose who did not smoke to be suffered with hypertension(OR=22.29, 95%CI: 7.74~64.21); those who drunk was 4.02 times riskier than those tho did not drink to be suffered with hypertension(OR=4.02, 95%CI: 1.88~8.59); those who had their daily meals on time was 0.08 times riskier than those who did not to be be suffered with hypertension(OR=0.08, 95%CI: 0.01~0.46).Conclusion: 1. The top five diseases detected were hypertension, dyslipidemia, overweight / obesity, fatty liver and diabetes. For female, they are Cervicitis, cystic hyperplasia, hypertension, dyslipidemia and overweight / obesity. 2. Among different age groups, different detection rate existed among male medical workers with hypertension, diabetes, fatty liver and dyslipidemia; for the female different detection rate existed in medical workers with cystic hyperplasia, hypertension and dyslipidemia detected in different age groups rate different. 3. Relevant factors of hypertension smoking and drinking were medical workers suffering from hypertension. Time to eat is the medical workers suffering from hypertension protective factors.
